Hi! My name is Leah. I’m 19 years old and I love working with kids of all ages. I’m a very creative person who enjoys doing activities like arts & crafts, baking, & reading. I also love going on outings like the park, zoo, or museums where kids can explore, learn, & most of all have fun, and fun games that keep kids active and creative. My goal is to always create a safe, positive, and nurturing environment where kids can be themselves while learning and growing. I’m a bubbly and adventurous person, but most importantly I’m responsible, patient, and a strong communicator with both kids and parents. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where kids feel comfortable and cared for. I’m currently pursuing a career as an EMT, and I’m CPR & First Aid certified, so safety is very important to me. I’m also Read more a great cook and am happy to help with preparing meals. I previously worked at a daycare as an assistant teacher caring for kids ages 0–5. During that time, I helped with daily routines, playtime activities, meals; and creating a safe and supportive environment. Along with my daycare experience, I have been helping take care for a 2½-year-old girl since 2023 & started babysitting family friends children since I was 16 years old. Through these experiences, I’ve become comfortable with different age groups and enjoy supporting kids as they learn, play, and grow. Whether I’m helping parents or caring for children independently, I truly enjoy supporting families and helping make their daily routines easier. Building strong connections with families and watching children grow, learn, and reach new milestones is one of the most rewarding parts of being a babysitter.
