We were fortunate to have Piroska care for our 5-month-old son for two months, including four weeks while he was in a Pavlik harness for hip dysplasia. She handled it with wonderful gentleness — quickly learning how to safely hold, feed, and comfort him within the harness's constraints, and never once made us feel it was an inconvenience. Piroska was reliably punctual and clearly cared about our son's comfort and happiness, not just his physical needs. We felt completely at ease leaving him in her hands during a time that required extra patience. The only reason our time with her ended was that we had to leave the country — otherwise we would have gladly kept her on. Highly recommend her to any family, especially those navigating a baby with special medical needs.

I tried Piroska for a day; she seemed to be doing fine and we agreed to start a week later. But she just didn't show up on the first day and I never heard from her. An unreliable and unprofessional nanny is not what you would want for your family.
