Noelle is a gem! I have 2 children (7 and 9 at the time) and she bonded with them very quickly. She wasn't afraid to be silly and have fun with them (play barbies, games, dress up) but she balanced her fun-loving side with the perfect amount of authority and they really respected her for it. She's responsible and very communicative about scheduling. She's also very calm which goes a long way in household with 2 rambunctious kiddos. Your family would be lucky to have her!
