Rasha has been watching our now 3 year old son for over a year. He loves her and we feel very safe leaving him with her. The first time we told our son what a babysitter was he had an emotional breakdown, now when we tell him Rasha is coming, he runs through the house laughing and saying "Rasha is coming" We are expecting a daughter soon, and it eases our minds immensely knowing we have someone we trust with our family.
