One of the most rewarding parts of being a nanny is watching children grow into their own unique selves. I believe it truly takes a village to raise children with the hope that they become kind, caring, and loving individuals—both to themselves and to others. Becoming part of a family and contributing to a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment is deeply important to me. I enjoy encouraging children’s strengths while also offering positive reinforcement in areas where they may need more support, helping them build confidence and resilience. I strive to create spaces where children feel loved, secure, and free to explore who they are. Whether through indoor or outdoor activities, I focus on providing opportunities that allow them to learn, play, think independently, get creative, develop healthy boundaries, communicate openly, and celebrate the small wins that build toward long-term success. In my 20s, I transitioned into professional nannying after college, and even as I pursued other career paths after graduation, I continued to provide childcare because of my passion for working with kids. Over the years, I have cared for children of all ages and supported them through various stages of development. My experience includes assisting with homework and school projects, school pick-ups and drop-offs, coordinating after-school activities, preparing meals, maintaining nap schedules, bottle feedings, diaper changes, laundry, tidying children’s areas, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. In addition to childcare, I have also served in household management roles, including scheduling appointments, sorting mail, managing pets, running errands, and overseeing household needs. My ideal family is warm, welcoming, and has a fun, laid-back atmosphere that feels like home. I value flexibility and mutual support, as I believe a strong partnership between family and caregiver benefits everyone. I am seeking a consistent schedule of 32–40 hours per week and am open to working with children of all ages, as I have experience caring for both younger and older kids.
