Hello, hello! I’m Ashley, a dedicated childcare professional serving the Greensboro and Triad area. Since beginning this journey in 2020, I have gained a multitude of experience with children ranging from infancy to adolescence. My specialty is newborn and infant care in which I work closely with first time parents as they navigate welcoming both a new baby and a new caregiver. I possess extensive knowledge of infant milestones and experience in sleep training, bottle feeding, the transition to solid foods, and the development of motor skills. Beyond infant care, I deliver engaging, age-appropriate and authoritative guidance relevant to all toddler, preschool, elementary and early adolescence stages. I bring a strong educational background in child development and applied behavioral analysis, providing appropriate structure and support for children’s growth and security. Additionally, I am well versed in special needs care with paraprofessional experience under pediatric behavioral analyst and pediatric therapy specialists.
