Hi there :) My name is Jenn. I am 36 years old and have been a babysitter/nanny in some way since I was a teenager. I have worked with a families over the years and find it a blessing. I think of myself as a helping hand in the wildly amazing adventures you experience as a parent. I have been a babysitter/nanny for the same family for about 8 and half years now. As the child is now older and the family is needing me less and my free time is increasing, I would like to start helping another family. I have taken care of a child from the stages of an infant all the way up to teenager. I have watched more than one child at a time as well, I am fine to watch a sick child and do overnights too. I am also good with running errands, Read more tidying up around the house, driving to pickups and drop offs. Going to give you a little back story on how I found myself with a passion for this. My mother was a nanny during many years while I was growing up and me personally, I so enjoyed it, thought it was the best job ever. That eventually lead me to begin helping out in my church's nursery, babysitting family and friend's children whenever I had the free time. I had finally found something I was great at and could do for hours on end and still love it. There was and still is something some magical about being around kids and watching them explore the world around them, you get to be there when they experience new things and it's a refreshing take on what you taken for granted for so long as an adult. Over the years I have taken care of over seven different families children. I've always been able to connect with children, even stranger's children. I find working with children fun, challenging, and definite blessing. Every child is different and the experience you get when helping them grow goes on to help with future situations in life. It amazes me what children can do and how with little time and effort can captivate your attention and a bit of your heart.
