Hi! My name is Haley, I’m 30 years old, and working with children is truly my passion. I have several years of childcare experience including babysitting, working as an ABA therapist supporting autistic children, and serving as a lead teacher for 3-year-olds at a top-rated public Montessori school daycare. Prior to that, I worked for two years as an assistant teacher at another Montessori daycare, where I helped support classroom learning and daily routines. I’m currently looking for a nanny or babysitting role where I can support children’s growth and development in a more personalized setting. While I have extensive experience working in classrooms with multiple children, I also enjoy smaller group settings where I can give each child the attention and guidance they need. I love the Montessori approach, which focuses on play-based, hands-on learning and helping children build independence and confidence. I believe mistakes are part of learning, and I enjoy guiding kids through challenges so they feel proud of what they accomplish. I love spending time outdoors, doing nature activities, arts and crafts, imaginative play, and hands-on learning with kids. My goal is always to create a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel encouraged to explore and be themselves. I am CPR certified and have completed additional trainings through Ingham ISD focused on behavior support and conflict resolution. I would love to become a trusted part of your child’s life and support your family however I can. I’m also happy to help with things like homework support, preparing simple meals, and engaging educational activities during our time together.
