Hello! My name is Martina. I’m 21 years old and I live in Fayetteville. I truly enjoy working with children and creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment for them. I have experience caring for babies and young children, especially between 6 months and 4 years old. I also have experience with infants under one year old. I grew up helping take care of my two younger sisters and many cousins, which helped me develop a lot of patience, responsibility, and love for working with kids. I always try to support each child’s individual needs and personality. I love interacting with children, playing with them, and creating activities that encourage learning and creativity. I also really enjoy cooking healthy meals and homemade desserts, so I would be happy to help prepare food for the baby or children if needed. I moved to Fayetteville in November because of my husband’s job—he Read more works in the Army. I currently have a contract with another family until April 2nd, but after that I will be fully available. I’m looking for a schedule similar to the one offered, but I also have some weekend availability if extra help is ever needed. I have my own car, love animals (I have a pet as well), and I’m happy to help with light pet care if needed. Spanish is my first language, and I’m currently studying English intensively. I understand the basics and improve every day, although I may still need a little patience with the language. I would also love to help your child learn some Spanish if you’re interested in them being exposed to another language.
