Hi! My name is Lauren, and I’m an experienced childcare professional who genuinely loves working with children! I’ve been working with children since I was 16 and have experience caring for and teaching children from infancy through elementary school. My background includes working as an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant, special education support, a K–5 Resource/Character Education teacher, and a substitute teacher. I’ve worked with children with a variety of personalities, learning styles, and needs, including children with ADHD and autism. I’m comfortable managing multiple children, creating fun and age-appropriate activities, helping with homework, keeping routines on track, and making sure children feel safe, supported, and cared for. I’m currently taking online classes at Fayetteville Technical Community College, so I’m looking for a part-time childcare position that works well with my school schedule.
