Hello! My name is Sydney Houghton and I am currently a high school English teacher. I have 9 years of classroom experience working with students ages 11-16. Throughout college, I worked three summers at Camp Tekoa (Hendersonville, NC) where I was a camp counselor, lifeguard, backpacking resource, and program assistant. I am family oriented and enjoy spending time with my 8 nieces and nephews (ranging from a few months to 12 years old), who have given me even more practice in childcare. I also enjoy playing and walking my dog Max!
