Hi Families! My name is Baylee Hurd and I have been a nanny and dance instructor for the last three years! I love being a sitter because watching kid's milestones is so special and I love being a part of their lives. I have experience with ages 1 month- 12 yrs and also have twin experience. I went through extensive training to become a dance instructor so am used to problem solving and working with kids.
