I love being a sitter because I genuinely enjoy building relationships with children and becoming someone they feel safe, supported, and excited to spend time with. Watching kids grow in confidence, creativity, and independence is incredibly rewarding to me. Whether we’re doing crafts, playing outside, helping with homework, or winding down at bedtime, I strive to create a calm, positive, and fun environment where children feel heard and valued. I also love supporting families and being someone parents can fully trust and rely on. I bring several years of hands-on childcare experience. From ages 14–16, I worked as a children’s sewing teacher, leading small groups, teaching skills step-by-step, and managing classroom behavior with patience and structure. From ages 16–18, I worked as an afternoon and occasional babysitter for multiple families, caring for children of different ages. I have been a licensed driver for two years with a strong record of responsibility. In terms of training, I am certified in First Aid and CPR through the American Heart Association, completing the course at Needham High School. Safety is always my top priority, and I remain calm and attentive in all situations. I am responsible, organized, patient, and creative, and I take pride in being dependable and communicative with parents. I am also great with pets and happy to help care for them as part of my responsibilities.
