Hi! My name is Justin and I’m an experienced caregiver with a strong background in early childhood education and professional management. I’m currently looking for part-time childcare opportunities, but I’m also open to discussing full-time positions if it’s the right fit! I’ve worked as both a lead classroom teacher and assistant teacher, caring for children as young as 6 weeks old up to 12 years. My experience includes everything from lesson planning and developmental tracking to potty training, safety protocols, and engaging children in meaningful play. I’ve always prioritized creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. In addition to my childcare experience, I’ve held leadership roles in management — most recently as a General Manager — which has made me highly dependable, organized, and excellent at multitasking.
