Hi families! I am Iliana Hernandez, I have experience working as a registered behavior technician of 4+ years. I work with kids with autism diagnosis, behavioral and developmental needs. I also have a certification with EEC working in a toddler/preschool setting. i have worked with kids from 1 1/2- 21 years old As a registered behavior technician, I work closely with the parents communicating any desired goals and concerns. Along with working with each child’s additional healthcare team members (BCBA, SLP, OT). As an Rbt often skills worked on are educational goals, daily living skills such as toileting (potty training), dressing, hair brushing, tooth brushing etc. I currently work as a CNA in a hospital and obtain a BLS (AHA) certification and a clinical medical assistant certification. I also volunteer in a NiCU . I am a college student working towards a career in healthcare.
