I have a highly energetic and fun personality. I’m very compassionate when it comes to kids, I love spending time with them and doing fun kid things for I am a child at heart. I have nannied and watched kids ranging from all ages. I realized being around kids was a passion of mine when I stopped nannying I became very sad knowing I wouldn’t be there for them anymore. I can be assertive if need be but I have never had that issue with any children of mine for they all respected me, I became their friend first, letting them understand I was there for them and not for any other reason and naturally they started warming up and respect came after all of that.
