Hi! My name is Kat Gleeson, and working with children isn’t just something I enjoy; it’s something I’m truly passionate about. With two younger sisters who I’ve helped care for over the years, I’ve grown up surrounded by the joyful chaos and rewarding challenges that come with kids of all ages. From a young age, I found myself drawn to caregiving roles; whether I was babysitting for neighbors or helping out with family, I quickly discovered how much I loved creating fun, safe, and engaging environments for little ones. That early experience sparked what has now become a long-term goal: pursuing a career centered around children and their development as a child advocate lawyer. I pride myself on being responsible, energetic, and incredibly patient. I love getting involved in kids’ worlds: playing games, doing crafts, helping with homework, or just listening to their stories. I bring heart, experience, and a genuine love for what I do. I am a junior at Saint Michael’s College in Colchester Vermont, studying criminology on the pre law track, as well as obtaining a psychology minor. I am a part of various clubs on campus some of which include correctional volleyball, LUND core team leader, and I am the president of the class of 2027.
