Hello! My name is Allison, and caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life for as long as I can remember. I began working with little ones in church nurseries, babysat regularly throughout my teen and young adult years, and eventually built a career as a child and adolescent therapist. Across all of those roles, I’ve learned how to create an environment that feels safe, supportive, and fun. I’m comfortable with children of all ages—from newborns to teens—and I’m skilled at tuning into each child’s unique personality and needs. Families describe me as patient, reliable, and calm under pressure. I love helping kids explore their world, express themselves, and feel confident in who they are.
