Caregiver/Family Support Person needed

Looking to hire a caregiver/family support person for my 8yo daughter who has significant disabilities.
Located in Alabaster, AL.
We’re essentially looking for an extra adult in our home who can help with her daily routines and care, while also helping with appropriate light household tasks so that we can keep up with all of our responsibilities.
This would be a long-term W-2 position, with the potential for part-time or full-time hours, depending on the person’s availability and what works best for both sides. We are looking for a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week up to 40 depending on your needs. Pay negotiable and based on experience. Approximately $20-25 an hour.
The schedule would be fairly consistent and established together in advance. We would also occasionally ask for an evening shift for a date night or family event, but this would not be a weekly thing.
We’re looking for someone who is reliable, compassionate, good with kids, comfortable with hands-on care, and interested in becoming a long-term part of our family’s support system. Experience with children with disabilities is a plus, but the right attitude, willingness to learn, and dependability are just as important.
