Part-time Afternoon care for two neurodivergent boys

- $17.00 - $25.00 per hour
Neurodivergent family seeking part-time sitter for two sweet, boys with autism, ADHD, speech delays, and big feelings. We’re looking for someone patient, kind, who can adapt to their unique needs and help them feel safe, seen, and supported.
Responsibilities include attentive care, maintain routine, stimulating activities, physical play, meal prep, medication, and help w/dinner, baths, and bedtime. Must be calm under pressure and skilled in positive reinforcement, redirection, and de-escalation.
Duties might include driving one child from school to therapy and home (clean driving record).
Ideal candidate is dependable, on-time, empathetic, engaging, and experienced with neurodivergent children. Little screen time—focus on play, learning, and regulation.
