Our family lives in west Bentonville and is looking for a caregiver for our nonverbal 4-year-old son who is diagnosed with autism and is developmentally delayed. The primary need is transportation M-F to and from school, which is 30 minutes away in Rogers. Our son needs assistance with most daily tasks such as hygiene, eating, diapering, bathing, etc. Communication is a challenge and can sometimes lead to meltdowns, but he is a very sweet and happy child with those he trusts. Caregiver should be able to lift 50lbs.
