Occasional sitter for twin autistic boys

My twin boys are 4 years old and are very well behaved, I am a newly single mom who is needing an occasional sitter for doctors appointments for myself and other random tasks that would require care. Would also love someone who could possibly be transport for me occasionally as I am working on obtaining my license.
