We need a senior care provider to help with diabetic and medical care in the mornings and evenings. Diabetic care needs include: assisting at meal time and overseeing insulin administration protocol (via insulin pump), assistance changing CGM sensor location once a week and insulin reservoir every ~3 days. Additional medical care needs include monitoring and assisting with other daily medications. Assistance running errands several times a week. Retired nurse or diabetic medical care experience a plus but not required.

Mon: 8am-12:30pm and 5:30-8pm
Tue: 5:30-8pm
Wed: 8am-12:30pm and 5:30-8pm
Thu: 5:30-8pm
Fri: 8am-12:30pm and 5:30-8pm
Sat: 8am-12:30pm and 5:30-8pm
Sun: 5:30-8pm
