I have a 4-year-old son with autism. We recently moved here from Florida and are currently working on getting him formally diagnosed. In the meantime, I am looking for a caring and patient caregiver who can watch him during the day while I work.

He is not yet potty trained and has delayed speech. We would love to find someone who can provide a safe, nurturing environment while helping reinforce potty training, encourage communication and speech, and support him in learning to eat independently.

Most importantly, we are looking for someone who is compassionate, patient, attentive, and comfortable caring for a child with developmental delays.
