Looking for child care for my daughter who has a Gtube, Dexcom and Omnipod 5. You would be administering medication, feeds and monitor blood glucose. My daughter is 9 and takes her feeds via syringe which she can drink herself. She has a gtube but we mainly use it when she is sick and will not take her feeds by mouth. She is a regular active child who just happens to have Congenital Hyperinsulinism which means we need to constantly monitor her blood sugar to make sure she stays in range. She wears a Dexcom G6 and Omnipod 5 which makes the monitoring relatively easy. We are looking for after school care four days a week. She will be dropped off by the bus and will need care for appromately 2 hours until I get home from work.
