We are seeking assistance for my sister, who has cerebral palsy, with tasks such as dressing, bladder and bowel care, as well as lifting her to and from bed. She occasionally experiences seizures and takes medication to manage them. We would prefer a female caregiver who speaks Spanish. My mother recently underwent back surgery and is unable to provide the necessary help. My sister, though 32 years old, appears to be around 14-15 years of age and has a petite build. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
