We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and reliable respite female caregiver for our daughter with autism in the Dublin area.

This position is for approximately 40 hours per month.
Preferred schedule is Fri to Sun, 4 hours per day, though we are flexible for the right candidate.

Responsibilities include:
Providing attentive supervision in the home
Engaging in structured play and indoor activities
Supporting communication and social interaction
Following established routines to maintain consistency
Ensuring safety at all times

Experience with autism, sensory needs, speech delays, or behavioral support is strongly preferred. Background in ABA, child development, psychology, or special education is a plus.

This role will be processed through a Regional Center respite agency (EoR model).Caregiver must complete agency onboarding and background checks.
