elderly couple needs help with meal prep/cooking and light housekeeping 3 days a week

Looking for someone responsible/ caring to help us. My parents who are elderly (late 80’s) need help with meal prepping and cooking and light housekeeping. This would be for 3 days a week M/W/F 2 to 3 hours each day, flexible hours. This would be in the city of encino .
