Part-Time Special Needs Nanny – Long-Term Position
Posted by Brandi S. on 10/1/2026
- $30.00 per hour
We are looking for a kind, dependable and engaging part-time nanny for our 3 children. Our two boys have autism/developmental needs, so patience and comfort with children who need extra structure, repetition and support are important. Care will involve all 3 children, although not always at the same time.
We want someone who genuinely enjoys kids and will help them build independence—not simply do everything for them. Responsibilities include routines, simple meals/snacks, homework, activities, medication reminders and teaching everyday life skills. We love someone willing to get them off screens and outside, play games, swim, do crafts and have fun!
CPR and First Aid are required.
Our ideal nanny is warm, patient, reliable, organized and comfortable providing structure. Special-needs/ABA/RBT/education experience is a plus. We’re hoping to find a consistent, trusted person who will become an important part of our children’s lives.
