I need some coverage for a six year old with autism. He is bright and fun, and his language skills are starting to come into their own, but he cannot reliably tell you a story yet so he needs constant supervision. He loves trains and cars, busses and water play, and going outside (the gates and doors are locked). He is very energetic and needs to be redirected quite a bit but is usually good about it. He responds well to first/then language and other strategies.

My mother also has alzheimer's and may be in the home but I will have a caretaker for her. If you have experience with both, that may be something I would consider.
