I’m looking for a warm, reliable sitter to accompany me and my autistic child age 9, and his brother on community outings such as parks, museums, stores, or casual social events. Your primary role will be to act as an extra set of eyes and hands, help ensure safety, and provide gentle support as needed during outings. You will be responsible for my 9 year old only!

My child is non - verbal, sensory-seeking, may get overwhelmed in crowds, wonders , and elopes and I’m seeking someone who is patient, observant, and comfortable working around neurodivergent children.
Experience working with ASD/ non-verbal children a plus!

Responsibilities:
• Stay nearby and be attentive during outings
• Help redirect or comfort my child as needed
• Assist in transitions or navigation through busy or new environments
• Collaborate with me as a team (I’ll be there too)

Ideal Candidate:
• Has experience with autism or neurodivergent children
• Comfortable in public, semi-busy environments
• Calm under pressure, friendly, and respectful
• Flexible and able to follow cues and needs in real-time

Schedule:
• Mostly weekdays or occasional weekends (advance notice given)
• Each outing is 2–4 hours typically

Rate:
$22–$30/hr depending on experience

Location:
Fullerton, Ca must have your own transportation or be local
