Schedule: Tue/Fri: 4:00 p.m. arrival – bedtime (~8:30–9:00 p.m.)
Pay: $28–$35/hr DOE (higher for 2e/ASD exp; AARC reimb possible)
Seeking calm, warm, firm, organized mature woman to anchor Executive Function for bright 12yo twins (one high-functioning ASD). Stability key.
Daily Flow:
• Arrive 4:00 sharp (paid from arrival)
• Protein snack (e.g., apple + nut butter + cheese; no sugar)
• Portal + academics: review, teach study skills
• Routines/chores (beds, rooms, bags)
• Prep/serve GF/DF dinner (ingred prov)
• Wind-down: screens, hygiene, lights out
Requirements:
• maturity & life exp
• 5+ yrs gifted/ND tweens to indep
• Portal + EF coaching
• Warm immovable: kind, no yell, no avoid
• Early, refs
After fit: LiveScan, CPR, AARC train/reimb (cover fees/supp pay).
Professional role—build indep for boys in ~2 years.
