Seeking a reliable, patient caregiver for my 13-year-old son with autism. This position is primarily after school, Monday–Friday, with guaranteed 15 hours per week and opportunities for additional hours during school breaks and summer.

Responsibilities include:

* Providing supervision and support after school
* Engaging in activities based on his interests
* Assisting with transitions and daily routines
* Occasional care of his 11-year-old sister

Experience with autism, developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, or special needs is strongly preferred. Must have reliable transportation.

Pay: $30–$35/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)

This position is partially funded through respite services, with additional compensation paid directly by the family.
