We’re looking for a warm, patient, energetic caregiver to provide 1:1 support for our 2-year-old son during his small, in-home Montessori preschool program in Los Altos.

He is bright, social, affectionate, and very active. He is currently having some difficulty with impulse control, particularly hitting/pushing peers when he becomes excited or dysregulated, so we are looking for someone who can stay close, anticipate situations, gently redirect him, and help him participate successfully with the group.

Experience with toddlers, preschoolers, behavioral support, special education, ABA, OT, or child development would be wonderful, but we are open to the right caring and dependable person.

This is an urgent need and we would love someone who can start as soon as possible. The position is during weekday preschool hours, and we are happy to offer competitive pay.
