live in nanny/light housekeeping

My adult disabled son needs supervision and occasional driving. I am looking for someone to live in preferably. Hours are 8-9:30AM and then 2PM to 8PM. Occasional extra babysitting after 8PM (compensated) He is very petite, ambulatory, happy and easy going.
