Seeking Caregiver for Autistic 21 year old Young Man

I am looking for someone to care for my Autistic son either on a regular basis or occasionally. I'm hoping to find a caring, fun person as he responds well to humor. He is verbal and mobile, but must be watched 24/7 as he has no safety awareness.
