We're an ND/2e family with two boys (10 and 7). Our older son is autistic with a PDA profile and has been in burnout recovery. He's bright, funny, and perceptive, and he also has a harder time with transitions, unpredictability, and situations that feel demanding or high-pressure. Our younger son is energetic and social and may have ADHD.

We're looking for someone who understands that regulation and trust matter more than compliance. Experience with neurodivergent kids is important, whether through professional training (special education, behavioral health, therapeutic mentoring) or personal experience. You're calm under pressure, warm without being performative, and comfortable with low-key days where the best thing you can do is be a steady presence.
