Seeking a warm, patient, highly active sitter for occasional, part-time backup care for our sweet 4.5yo son in rural Phelan (near Johnson Rd). Mom WFH, so support is nearby, but we need someone energetic to take the reins!
Note: This is strictly for casual, flexible part-time backup hours based on mutual availability. It is NOT a full-time daily nanny contract.
The Priority Focus: Our sweet boy is navigating a speech delay and has incredibly HIGH energy—he loves to run and stay constantly on the move. Continuous talking, reading, and extreme patience during active outdoor play are the absolute heart of the job. ☀️⚽
Requirements: Active yard play, reliable car, non-smoker, honesty, and strict confidentiality. Driveway quiet zone (no car honking at pickup).
