I am looking for a patient, creative, and reliable nanny for my son, 7, who is autistic. I need someone who is not just a caregiver, but a proactive partner in his daily development.

Key responsibilities:
Safe transport (school pickup and therapy visits).
Curriculum design: develop and lead structured, engaging afternoon activities tailored to his unique needs, goals and interests.
Skill Building: Foster a supportive environment that encourages learning, play, and consistent routines

Qualifications:
Proven experience caring for autistic children or a background in special education
Clean driving record and reliable vehicle
Compassionate, organized, and deeply patient
ABA experience a plus
