We are seeking a caring, highly active full-time home aide to join our family’s team to support our 30-year-old son with developmental disabilities. He is a wonderful, well-regulated, non-speaking young man who thrives on being outdoors.

Duties:
• Accompany him on daily outdoor activities, especially hiking and bike riding.
• Assist with daily life skills and safe community navigation.
• Provide gentle, empathetic redirection when he occasionally gets "unstuck" from certain routines.
• Collaborate seamlessly with our family and his other primary aide.

Requirements:
• Must be physically fit and enthusiastic about regular outdoor activities.
• Empathetic, patient, and deeply caring temperament.
• Strong observational skills to connect with a non-speaking individual.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community outings.

Schedule & Pay: M-F, 40 hours/week at $30/hour. Optional on-site room available for the right fit!
