Daytime and Occasional overnight care for my elderly mom

Hello! I am looking for a caregiver who can work with my mother (84 years old) when I am at work and when I am out on overnight business trips.
Hoping for companionship, assisting with her taking her pills on time, eating, light housekeeping, helping to ensure that she gets up and walks (she uses two canes or a walker) and generally ensuring that she is feeling ok. She has dementia and difficulty walking.
Requirements: experience giving care to the elderly, CPR, First Aid. Experience dealing with dementia would be a plus.
