We're looking for a 1-on-1 aide to join our son Luke for the afterschool program at Hollister Elementary School. The schedule would be 3-5:15 M, Tu, W, and F, and 2-5:15 on Thursdays. Pay is $21/hour paid through 24 Hour Home Care personal assistant services, and there will be a bit of initial paperwork/time needed to set things up with them and the after school program.

Luke is very active, silly, and imaginative, with a love of machines and robots. He can be aggressive when overstimulated or stressed, so we're looking to find someone who can redirect or help him cool down in those times. He craves adult attention, and we're looking to find someone to engage with curiosity in his imaginative play and join him in his world, with some basic boundaries to keep him and others safe. We may also invite this aide to join floortime sessions with CDPL for training purposes.
