· Monday–Thursday: Mornings and/or evenings (~5.5 hrs/day) Split shift 6:00AM - 8:00AM; 2:00PM - 5:30PM
· Sunday: 9:00 AM–4:00 PM (~7 hrs)
· Total: ~29 hours / week (Not to exceed 34 hours / week)
· Days Off: Friday & Saturday (fully off)

Seeking a patient caregiver for a social young adult with cerebral palsy. Client is verbal, interactive, and enjoys company during care. This role is about assistance, guiding, and safety with daily tasks, personal care, mobility assistance, and meal prep.

· Assist with hygiene (teeth brushing, hair, deodorant) and dressing
· Prepare breakfast and pack lunches.
· Walk client to/from the day program transport van at the home.
· Assist with shower transfer, showering, and dressing
· Shaving, laundry, and accompanying client to routine appointments (mileage reimbursed).
· Use patient, consistent redirection; allow extra time when client is overwhelmed; avoid rushing — safety and dignity come first.
· Assist with guiding transfers; Client is 130lbs
