Hiring a Live-In Nanny: January 2026 (but open to earlier)
Looking for a compassionate Nanny for our 12 Year-Old Daughter. She is diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Autism and Epilepsy.
Main needs:
• HEAVY supervision and support with routines
- Helping manage structured routines and activities
- Light housework help in common areas
- Transportation to activities and therapies
Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with children/pre-teens with disabilities/special needs (or willing to learn)
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)

She can have emotional meltdowns and needs someone who is understanding and can implement positive reinforcement and support to help with her emotional regulation.
We are looking for a kind, responsible nanny to help care for her. She is friendly, loving, and full of personality. She has Intellectual/Developmental disability, Autism and Epilepsy, so we are looking for someone who can offer compassionate structured support.

Position Details:
*Preferred hours but we are extremely flexible
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 630-730am/330-730pm
Wednesday: 9-6pm
One day/evening every other weekend
• Occasional date nights
• Occasional travel with the family (domestic & international trips)
We are looking for someone who will encourage her independence while understanding and supporting her unique needs.
