Looking for a Nanny for our 13 Year-Old Daughter, with some possible house manager tasks. She is diagnosed with Intellectual and Developmental Disability, Autism and Epilepsy.

We are looking for someone reliable and patient. She has significant special needs, so experience with children with disabilities (or a willingness to learn) is a must!

Responsibilities include:
- Supervision and positive engagement
- Helping manage structured routines and activities
- Light housework help in common areas
- Transportation to activities and therapies
- Help with meals/snacks
- help with bathing, dressing etc

Ideal Candidate:
• Experience with children/-teens with disabilities/special needs (or willing to learn)
• Patient, nurturing, and good at setting gentle but firm boundaries
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to get certified)

We are looking for a kind, responsible nanny to help care for her. She is friendly and full of personality. She has Intellectual/Developmental disability, Autism and Epilepsy, so we are looking for someone who can offer compassionate structured support.

*Preferred hours but we are extremely flexible
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 730-830am/330-700pm
*additional hours possible for house manager tasks
• Occasional date nights
• Occasional travel with the family (domestic & international trips)

We are currently looking for someone to begin in mid June.
