Urgent PCA needed to pick up my autistic son 5 days a week at 1:30 from school and transport him safely to Joshua Center Mansfield , and to upon arrival (2 pm) administer his afternoon medication since they can’t.
I will take potential morning help early before school to help me get him to school on time , which entails medication administration as well. And a couple hours of outdoor recreation on the weekends to regulate his hyperactivity / to relieve me so I can do my chores /take a shower in peace . Must have experience with De-escalating autism related aggressive episodes, sensory overloads, elopement, self injurious behaviors, and be well equipped in the field of injury to yourself/others. He is a lot of work when hes disregulated, but medication taken+the right support he’s simply a joy to experience/witness/ listen to. His heart is huge and will make you chuckle with his bluntness.
CFC approved us for respite , and payment is made via app / portal with GT independence .
