We seek a thoughtful, grounded, and emotionally attuned part- to full-time caregiver to support our 11-year-old daughter, a bright, humorous, and deeply perceptive child w/ a lesser-known autism profile called Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA) (not Oppositional Defiant Disorder). PDA is rooted in anxiety and nervous-system overwhelm and not willful noncompliance.

ABOUT ROLE: Requires flexibility, calm presence, and a relationship-based role, not behavior management. Support daily routines incl meal prep and bath time. Firm but calm co-regulating + body coaching when she's "stuck" or stressed. Flexible to fit your afternoons or evenings. Thanks!
