We are looking for a patient, caring nanny to support our sweet 2-year-old son with mild autism. We’d love someone with experience in OT and/or behavioral therapy who can help reinforce his developmental goals in a playful, supportive way.

Location: Milford, CT
Schedule: Mornings and/or afternoons; weekend support possible
Hours/Days & times: Part-time or full-time (20+ hrs/week) This is negotiable.
Pay: $30+/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:
-Provide safe and nurturing daily care (meals, naps, hygiene)
-Plan structured, developmentally appropriate activities that build skills and support learning
-Take child to activities and outings (e.g., library, playground, classes) — driver’s license and clean driving history
-Pick up/drop off child at daycare if timing aligns with schedule
-Support communication and sensory needs
-Reinforce strategies from therapists (ABA/OT)
-Help with transitions, routines, and emotional regulation
-Light tidying/meal prep related to child
