After school care for a 3-year old

Hi! I'm looking for after school care for my toddler. She is non-verbal and has developmental delays (she's at the 18-month mark in development). We're looking for a nanny that can provide care from 2 pm to 5:30 pm, for at least one month (June), with possibility of extending contract for several months (until September)
