Seeking an experienced health care provider to provide respite care. Need is typically for Monday through Friday for up to 4 hours at a time and maybe an occasional Saturday.

Provider will assist with personal care (incontinence) and mobility assistance (including hoyer lift).

Must be a non-smoker. Experience with Parkinson's Disease and special needs preferred.
